All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1 week. Holiday orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 days. All orders will be shipped with USPS. Shipping time will range based on where packages are being shipped. Once shipped, I will send a tracking number to the email provided.

Currently shipping within the US.

I do not offer local pickup.

Returns

I do my best to be thorough in my descriptions by including well-lit photos, dimensions, and product care suggestions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• I Do Not accept returns for aesthetic/stylistic reasons. Choose your vessel well!

• If work arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund. You must contact me via email within 48hrs of the item’s arrival according to the shipping provider’s notes. Please attach a photo of the damaged item and box.

• Email me at hayleysclays@gmail.com to initiate a refund for a damaged item as soon as possible.

All products are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish and size. All listed dimensions are close approximations.

All glazes used are food-safe. While all pieces are microwave and dishwasher-safe, it is recommended to hand-wash all ceramics to protect the surface from abrasion over time.
